These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowForge ("FlowForge", "we", "us", or "our"), including the FlowForge Chrome extension and related services.
By installing, accessing, or using FlowForge, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use FlowForge.
1. About FlowForge
FlowForge is a Chrome extension that provides browser-based automation functionality, including functionality involving Google Flow.
FlowForge is an independent software service.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FlowForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Google or Google Flow.
2. Eligibility
You may use FlowForge only if you are legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws and these Terms.
If applicable law requires a minimum age or parental consent for your use of the service, you must satisfy those requirements.
3. FlowForge Account
Certain FlowForge functionality requires a user account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, including your email address, display name, and country, and to keep your account information reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to access your FlowForge account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

FlowForge may enforce a single-active-session security mechanism for an account.

You agree to use FlowForge only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must not use FlowForge to:

- Attempt to bypass FlowForge access restrictions
- Interfere with the operation or security of FlowForge
- Abuse or overload FlowForge infrastructure
- Attempt to compromise another user's account
- Introduce malicious code or harmful software
- Conduct fraudulent or deceptive activity
- Reverse engineer or modify FlowForge except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- Use FlowForge to facilitate activities that violate third-party rights or applicable laws
- Circumvent technical limitations or security mechanisms implemented by FlowForge
5.1 Third-Party Services
When using FlowForge with third-party services, you must also comply with the applicable terms and policies of those third-party services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FlowForge does not violate applicable third-party rules.
6. Google and Third-Party Services
FlowForge may interact with third-party services, including Google Flow.
Google and other third-party services are independently operated by their respective providers.
FlowForge does not control the availability, functionality, policies, or changes of third-party services.
A change, interruption, restriction, or discontinuation by a third-party provider may affect FlowForge functionality.
FlowForge does not represent that it is affiliated with or endorsed by Google unless expressly stated.
7. Extension Use
You are responsible for installing FlowForge only from legitimate sources and keeping your browser and extension environment reasonably secure.
FlowForge may require certain Chrome permissions or access necessary for its functionality.
The permissions required by the extension are intended to support its stated functionality.
You must not attempt to manipulate or abuse the extension to obtain unauthorized access to FlowForge systems or third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
FlowForge and its original software, user interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to FlowForge, except where otherwise stated.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of FlowForge intellectual property to you.
You receive only the limited right to use FlowForge in accordance with these Terms.
Google, Google Flow, Chrome, and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. User Content and Information
You retain rights you may have in information or content that you provide through FlowForge, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any content or information that you submit through FlowForge.
FlowForge does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because the extension interacts with it.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep FlowForge available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Security updates
- Infrastructure issues
- Browser changes
- Third-party service changes
- Network problems
- Unexpected technical failures
- Events outside our reasonable control
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of FlowForge where reasonably necessary.
11. Updates and Changes to the Service
FlowForge may receive updates, bug fixes, security improvements, feature changes, or other modifications.
Some updates may be required for continued compatibility or security.
We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to FlowForge where reasonably necessary, including when:

- You attempt to bypass access controls
- Your use creates a significant security or operational risk
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued access would create a significant legal or security concern

Nothing in this section limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
13. Effect of Termination
After termination or deletion of an account, your right to use account-dependent FlowForge functionality may end.
Certain information may remain retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of legal rights.
14. Privacy
Your use of FlowForge is also subject to the FlowForge Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how FlowForge handles personal information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference only to the extent necessary to describe privacy and data-handling practices.
15. Security Disclaimer
We take reasonable measures to protect FlowForge and user accounts.
However, no software, internet service, or security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that use of online services involves inherent security risks.
16. Automation Disclaimer
FlowForge provides browser-based automation functionality.
Automated actions may depend on:
- Browser behavior
- Website changes
- Third-party service availability
- Changes to Google Flow
- Network conditions
- User configuration
- Extension compatibility
We do not guarantee that every automated action will always produce a particular result.
You are responsible for reviewing and supervising automated activity where appropriate.

FlowForge is software and automation technology.
FlowForge does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional, or other regulated professional advice.
18. Third-Party Content and Services
FlowForge may interact with third-party websites and services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, security, or functionality of third-party services that we do not control.
Your relationship with a third-party service is governed by that provider's applicable terms and policies.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowForge is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will:
- Always be available
- Always operate without errors
- Be compatible with every browser or environment
- Remain unchanged
- Produce a specific automated result
- Be free from every possible security vulnerability
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowForge and its owners, operators, affiliates, service providers, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
This may include, where legally permitted, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, service interruption, or other indirect losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of FlowForge, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
22. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates may be necessary because of:
- Changes to FlowForge
- New features
- Security improvements
- Changes in applicable law
- Changes to third-party services
- Operational changes
The updated Terms will include a revised Effective Date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of FlowForge shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or limit any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other legal rights that apply to you under applicable law.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the FlowForge Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of FlowForge, except where additional terms are expressly provided for a particular service.
26. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
